A Little Introduction
Hello! My name is Sono Fujimura Yee, and I am a soul healing assistant.
What is a soul healing assistant?
It’s a title I have come up for myself since I don’t quite fit any of the traditional labels. I am a reiki practitioner, an artist, a writer, and a musician. By incorporating all of those skills, I try to bring more love and peace of mind into this world. I do not call myself a healer because the only person who can truly heal you is you. What I can do, though, is to point you in the right direction using the tools that I picked up on my own soul healing journey so far.
How My Past May Help Your Future
I believe everything happens for a reason and every moment can teach you something. The more of these lessons you integrate into your life, the more aligned you are with your soul. Even though my job title is non-traditional, I feel certain that I am on the right path because I’m utilizing so much of my skill sets.
For example, I was born in Japan, but moved to the U.S. at age 11. The move was perfectly timed so that I got a solid understanding of the subtleties in conversational Japanese before learning to be fluent in English at native level. This puts me in a perfect position to be a go-between. I can help bring back information that may have previously gotten lost in translation or introduce you to new ideas from the Japanese spiritual community.
The move also allows me to see everyone as a global citizen. Learning about the differences in our cultures forced me to see that what’s “right” for one person is not necessarily “right” for another. I can show you how to reframe your viewpoint so that you can be more flexible and live more peacefully.
Because Japan has such a rich history, it has a significant influence on my art, writing, and music. But you might be surprised to know that spirituality in general and Reiki, especially, is an American influence! I can’t wait to share with you how these skills and interests have helped me.
As you heal and become more aligned with your calling, you’ll also have a deeper understanding of why you’ve had certain experiences in your life. Finding appreciation for your past will help you find your way back to yourself.
